The terms, in plain words

Reachuals is operated by HYVE LABS LLC, at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Messaned, Al Bataeh, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Questions, complaints and support requests go to rabz-angel@hotmail.com.

Paid checkout is not available until the merchant's required licensing details and order terms are supplied.

• Joining the waitlist is free. It does not buy a subscription, start a trial, reserve a price or guarantee an invitation or launch date.
• Our professional workspace is intended for adults with authority to act for their organisation. You must have permission to use the accounts, content and business information you provide.
• Illustrative product examples on public pages demonstrate a workflow; they are not live campaign results or a promise of revenue, creator participation or campaign performance.
• You can ask to leave the waitlist or request help using the contact above. Our Privacy policy explains what we collect and how to exercise your data rights.

• Connecting is voluntary and free. Nothing is read from your account until you approve Scout Bee inside Instagram's own permission screen.
• You can say no on the consent screen — through a link you have not connected through; a connected link shows that you are connected and offers to disconnect instead — and you can disconnect at any time from the link you connected through, from the screen shown right after connecting, or from Instagram's settings. The Reachuals team can withdraw your connection from your profile as well. Whichever way it happens, every connection for your Instagram account is withdrawn and your audience figures are deleted from your profile with us. A link you never connected through has nothing to withdraw, except that a link you said no through can disconnect your own account while it is connected through another link.
• We only read what the consent screen lists: your username and account ID, follower count, follower demographics as totals, and 30-day reach. We never see your password or your messages, and we never post, message or act on your account.
• The figures are shown to the Reachuals team and to brands Reachuals proposes you to, labelled as supplied by your own Instagram account. Reachuals does not claim to have verified them itself.
• Instagram may withhold or change what it shares (for example it releases no audience breakdown for accounts under 100 followers). Scout Bee shows what Instagram returned and says plainly when something was not returned.
• Use your own account, or one you are authorised to connect. If the account that connects is not the one that was invited, we flag the difference rather than hide it: the connection belongs to the account that connected, not to the handle the link was sent to, and if Instagram does not name the account the figures are held back rather than attributed to anyone.

• Your access is granted by the agency that runs the workspace. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell the agency if you think someone else has used it.
• Use the tool for legitimate influencer-marketing work only. Do not use it to harass anyone, to scrape or resell data, or to break the law or Instagram's rules.
• Creator data you see through a creator's own Instagram connection is shared with you for the campaign in hand. Do not pass it on beyond what the creator agreed to on the consent screen.
• A future paid plan requires a separate order with its price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms shown before payment. No trial or automatic renewal applies merely because you join the waitlist.

Paid checkout is currently unavailable. If paid plans become available, you must acknowledge the applicable terms before placing an order. Any trial, renewal, minimum term or special offer must be stated in that order.

Read our Cancellation & refunds policy for how to cancel, report an incorrect charge or request a refund. Cancellation and a refund are separate requests. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for services not supplied as agreed, or access to the authorities and courts available to you.

You keep the rights you hold in the content you provide. You allow us to host and process it to provide the service you request, following the applicable workspace agreement and Privacy policy. Providing content does not automatically permit us to use your name, logo or campaign as a public endorsement.

The Reachuals software and original site materials remain owned by their respective owners. Your access permits use of the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software or third-party creator content. Respect the rights and privacy of the people whose information you use.

Recorded campaign metrics should carry their source and date. Estimates and illustrative examples should be identified as such. Research and automated suggestions can be incomplete or wrong; review their evidence before relying on them. If a figure is inaccurate or misleading, tell us so we can investigate and correct it.

Reachuals reads Instagram data from public sources and through Instagram's official API, under Meta's Platform Terms. Instagram can change or withdraw what it shares at any time, and we cannot promise the connection will always be available. We do not represent Meta, and Meta does not endorse Reachuals.

• Reachuals is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.
• Decisions about campaigns, fees and bookings are yours or the agency's. Reachuals informs them; it does not make them.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of Reachuals. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The date at the top identifies this version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing paid order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
