Refunds & cancellation
Know where you stand.
Joining Reachuals's current early-access waitlist is free. It does not create a subscription, authorise a payment or guarantee an invitation or launch date. This page also explains the process for any paid order separately agreed with the operator.

The free waitlist
There is no waitlist fee to refund. To leave the waitlist or stop early-access contact, email rabz-angel@hotmail.com from the address you used. See Delete my data for wider privacy requests.
Before any paid order
A paid plan or separate service order must disclose the operator and licensing details, scope, total price/currency/taxes, billing interval, any automatic renewal or trial conversion, cancellation method and applicable refund terms before you agree. Joining the waitlist is not that agreement.
This notice does not create a new paid plan, free trial, guarantee or blanket non-refundable purchase. A separately accepted order can give additional rights; it cannot take away mandatory rights under applicable law.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
For an existing paid arrangement, use the cancellation method given in your order or contact rabz-angel@hotmail.com with its reference. Cancellation stops future renewal as specified in that order; any remaining access and a refund for an earlier charge are separate matters.
Forgetting a password, removing an app or stopping use is not a cancellation request. An eligible statutory withdrawal right is also distinct from normal renewal cancellation and remains available where the applicable law provides it.
Request a billing correction or refund
Email rabz-angel@hotmail.com with your account email, order/invoice reference, charge date/amount and a short explanation. Please do not send your full card number, security code, password or private campaign files.
- Report a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charge so it can be investigated and corrected. If you believe your payment method is compromised, also contact your bank or payment provider promptly.
- If an agreed service was not supplied, was defective or materially differed from its description/contract, explain what happened. Applicable remedies can include correction, re-performance, a price reduction or refund; mandatory remedies are not excluded.
- Other refund requests are reviewed under the accepted order and applicable law. There is no invented universal 14-day refund promise and no blanket denial of legal withdrawal/refund rights.
- If approved, a refund is normally returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing and arrival depend on the payment provider and bank; we will explain an alternative if the original route cannot be used.
Your mandatory rights remain
Nothing on this page excludes consumer guarantees, eligible withdrawal rights, remedies for an inadequately supplied service, rights relating to an unauthorised payment, or liability that the applicable law does not permit us to exclude. For a complaint, contact us first; you may also use the competent consumer authority or a dispute route available under applicable law.
Read the Terms of service and Privacy policy alongside the specific order you accepted.
