Delete my data
Your data. Your next step.
Use the contact below for website, waitlist, workspace or creator-profile requests. The Instagram instructions explain the separate account connection and Meta deletion process. You can disconnect Instagram without asking our permission.

Website, waitlist, workspace and creator data
To leave the waitlist, request access or correction, object to applicable processing, or request deletion, email rabz-angel@hotmail.com. Tell us which service you used and enough information to locate your record, such as the email you supplied or your public creator handle.
We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing personal information. Do not email passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. If an agency controls the workspace record, we will explain that role and help direct your request to the appropriate organisation.
We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If information must be retained for a lawful obligation or another permitted reason, we will explain the relevant limit; deletion is not a promise to erase unrelated people's records or legally required records.
Check a Meta deletion confirmation code
This lookup reports an existing Meta deletion receipt. It does not create a new deletion request.
1. Disconnect from your own screen
- Open the invite link a Reachuals team member sent you (reachuals.hyvelabs.tech/c/…). Any link you connected through works, including an older one, as long as any connection of yours is live.
- If you are connected, the page says so and shows a “Disconnect and delete my numbers” button. Tap it. (A link you have not connected through shows “Connect Instagram” instead — or that it has expired, or, if you said no through it, that you said no — and there is nothing to withdraw through it. The one exception: a link you said no through shows that you are connected, and its button disconnects you, while your own account is connected through another link.)
- The same button is on the screen you see right after connecting, under your own figures.
What happens: every connection for your Instagram account is withdrawn, whichever link you pressed the button on — the access tokens are destroyed and your audience figures are deleted from your profile in the same request. Your profile with Reachuals then shows the connection as withdrawn, dated, with who withdrew it, and no new figures can be read — under the username Instagram last reported for your account; if you renamed it before disconnecting, the profile for the old name points to the new one. The Reachuals team can run the same withdrawal from your profile; the note then says it was them. That note is never rewritten: saying no through an old link afterwards changes nothing.
2. Remove the connected app inside Instagram
- In the Instagram app go to Settings → Website permissions (on some versions: Settings → Security → Apps and websites).
- Find Scout Bee under Active and tap Remove.
- Instagram notifies us through its deauthorize callback and we disconnect you exactly as in step 1 — the same code runs for both.
3. Delete all Instagram connection records, including the connection history
Steps 1 and 2 leave one dated note behind: that a connection existed and was withdrawn, and by whom. We keep it so no new invite link is created for you unless the team records that you asked for one, and so a withdrawn consent is never shown as a live one. If you want that gone too:
- Ask Meta to send us a data-deletion request: in Instagram, Settings → Website permissions → Scout Bee → Remove, then choose the option to delete your data. Meta sends us a signed request naming your Instagram account ID, and we delete every Instagram connection record in our connection store carrying that ID — every connection of yours, in whatever state, with any access token still held on it, the audience readings it produced, the dated note that it existed and was withdrawn, and the entry that makes its link findable — and nothing else. Meta then shows you a confirmation code. Enter it here (this page, with ?code=… in the address) to see the result.
- Or email rabz-angel@hotmail.com, naming your Instagram handle. We will locate the records, complete any necessary proportionate verification and explain the outcome.
An invite link that never connected is not part of that request, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Nothing on such a link names an Instagram account — not a link still waiting for you, not one you opened, not one you said no through, not one whose connection attempt failed — so a request that names an account ID cannot be shown to be about it, and we do not guess whose it is. Three things you can do instead: ask us at rabz-angel@hotmail.com and we will remove it; or leave it, because it stops working on its own 21 days after it was sent; or, if you connected through it, open it and tap “Disconnect and delete my numbers” — that withdraws the connection, and a deletion request then removes the record it leaves. A no you recorded on a link stays for the same reason, and while it stands Reachuals still will not send you a new link unless you ask for one.
What the Meta deletion process removes
This process covers the Instagram connection store. It does not automatically delete separate public research, customer campaign records, waitlist information, logs or backups; use the general request instructions above for those records.
- Deleted by the Meta request: every Instagram connection record in our connection store carrying your account ID — any access token still held on it, the stored audience readings (age bands, gender split, countries, cities, reach, follower count), the consent record itself, and the dated note that a connection existed and was withdrawn.
- Kept, because it carries no Instagram account ID: an invite link that never connected — one still waiting, one you opened, one you said no through, one whose connection attempt failed. A deletion request names an account ID, and nothing on such a link names an account, so the request cannot reach it. The link stops working 21 days after it was sent, and we will remove it sooner if you ask.
- Kept for the same reason: a no you recorded on a link. It survives a full deletion, and while it stands Reachuals still refuses to create a new invite link for you unless the team records that you asked for one.
- Never touched: any record that does not carry your Instagram account ID — another person's connection, another person's no, another person's link. One person's request removes one person's records.
- Also retained in the connection store after Meta deletion: a receipt with the confirmation code, the dates and the counts, with no name, handle or account ID on it.
- A brand that was already shown your figures may have seen them before you withdrew; we cannot unsee them on their behalf, but we send nothing further.
